La potencialidad de lo grupal como modo de lectura y de intervención en los proyectos artísticos participativos

Abstract

[spa] En el ámbito artístico contemporáneo se ha vuelto tendencia centrarse en lo colaborativo, y cada vez se encuentran más trabajos artísticos, de investigación, creación y mediación abocados a lo comunitario. También desde las políticas sociales y de salud, hay un interés creciente sobre los beneficios de los medios creativos en el bienestar psicosocial de las personas. Para abordar y seguir con el problema, la presente investigación se interroga por la potencialidad de lo grupal como modo de lectura y de intervención en este tipo de proyectos. Para ello indago el devenir del proceso participativo del proyecto muralista Artaboo, que se desarrolló en 2018 en Sant Boi de Llobregat, Barcelona. Partiendo de una metodología basada en la etnografía audiovisual, la observación participante, la traducción de "datos" y la codificación de escenas cartográficas, identifico tres ejes de análisis (discursos, corporalidades y materialidades) para ponerlos en relación desde el giro afectivo. Este análisis permite abrir la pregunta de cómo fue atravesado el devenir grupal del proyecto Artaboo y de cómo estos atravesamientos afectaron y fueron afectados en el proceso grupal. En la indagación de la potencialidad afectiva de estos tres ejes, esta tesis se desenvuelve en un movimiento onto/epistemológico desde un posicionamiento post-estructuralista hacia una mirada post-humanista y de los nuevos materialismos. El pensamiento que se despliega en la indagación entra en diálogo con los dispositivos de saber-poder de Foucault, los ensamblajes de Deleuze y Guattari y la política de los afectos de Spinoza. Al mismo tiempo, reflexiono con Haraway sobre la óptica desde dónde miro aquello que quiero conocer y vuelvo a revisar la metodología utilizada desde el concepto de intra-acción de Barad que manifiesta una (re)configuración onto/episte/metodológica en el devenir de la investigación. La potencia de esta tesis vislumbra la importancia de situarse en cada práctica y de pensar estos procesos desde nuestra co-implicación y co-producción con otros cuerpos humanos y no-humanos.

[eng] In the contemporary artistic field, it has become a trend to focus on the collaborative, focussing on the collaborative has become a trend and I have found more and more artistic works, researces, creations and mediations concerned with the community. Thus, also from social and health policies, there is a growing interest in the benefits of creative media in the psychosocial well-being of people. To address and continue with the problem, this research questions the potential of the group as a way of reading and intervention in this type of project. Thus, I have investigated the becoming of the participatory process of Artaboo muralist project, which was developed in Sant Boi de Llobregat, Barcelona in 2018. Starting from a methodology based on audiovisual ethnography, participant observation, the translation of “data” and the coding of cartographic scenes, I have identified three axes of analysis (discourses, corporalities and materialities) to put them in relation from the affective turn. Hence, the question arises as to how the group becoming of the Artaboo project was traversed and how these traversals affected and were affected in the process.

In the inquiry of the affective potentiality of these three axes, this thesis unfolds in an onto/ epistemological movement from a post-structuralist position towards a post-humanist perspective and the new materialisms. The thought that unfolds in the inquiry enters into dialogue with Foucault’s theories which address the relationship between power and knowledge, Deleuze and Guattari’s assemblages, and Spinoza’s politics of affects. At the same time, I reflect with Haraway about the perspective from which I look at what I want to know and I revisit the technology used in the investigation used from Barad’s concept of intra-action which manifests an onto/episte/ methodological (re)configuration in the becoming of the research. The potential of this thesis glimpses the importance of placing ourselves in each practice and thinking about these processes from our co-involvement and co-production with other human and non-human bodies.
