Curaduría intuitiva y otros desarrollos de producción cultural desde el artista curador

[spa] La presente revisión comparte ensayos producidos en la práctica curatorial independiente. Perfilando el concepto de curaduría intuitiva, se manifiesta la manera de entenderme como curadora y, por ende, revela el tipo de metodología que lleva a interpretar y actuar lo curatorial desde mi experiencia. El hecho de confiar cualidades curatoriales al conocimiento intuitivo, hace referencia a la aplicación de los saberes individuales acumulados, para situar las relaciones establecidas en las narraciones hechas. Al enfrentar el pensamiento curatorial en la intuición, se despliega un análisis que especula otros modos posibles de hallar, comunicar e idear formas de activar la apertura procesual que señala una práctica artística disuelta. Así, se aplica el giro historiográfico, el giro social-pedagógico y el giro afectivo-performativo para expresar en que se ha construido la denominada curaduría intuitiva. Finalmente analizo la complejidad y precariedad derivadas del desarrollo de la economía cultural al proponer la figura del artista curador. Expresión que estudia las propiedades de ambos entes abstractos y sus relaciones desde el lugar donde curaduría y producción entran en simbiosis. Entonces, el artista curador expresa la comunión a modo de solución tentativa del punto de partida, empeñado en disolver el uso de jerarquías absolutas en el ámbito curatorial.

[eng] The following research paper presents a review of independent curatorial practices from the reflexive perspective of whom carry out their work in this area of the arts. The study consists of four essays produced within a personal curatorial experience.

By outlining the concept of intuitive curation, the researcher illustrates how she situates and understands herself as a curator, revealing the methodology that leads to interpreting and acting from the specific use of curatorial.

Entrusting curatorial qualities to intuitive acuity refers to an accumulated particular knowledge's application and situated awareness tailored for each ongoing curatorial project. Thus, the relationships established within the made narratives define a general discourse coherent with its purpose. By contrasting curatorial thinking with intuition, an analysis speculating on other possible ways of finding, communicating, and devising ways to activate the processual opening that signals a dissolved artistic practice unfolds.

To argue the hypothesis, I resort to exposing situations typical of the independent curatorial exercise to express what I refer to as intuitive curation. At the same time, the epistemological turns are articulated as complementary tools, configuring the historiographical turn, the social-pedagogical turn, and the affective-performative turn to the perspective of this study.

Finally, I analyse the complexity and precariousness derived from the developing cultural economy by proposing the figure of the curator-artist, an expression studying the properties of both abstract entities and their relationships from the place where curatorship and production enter symbiosis. Here, the curator-artist expresses its communion as a tentative solution to the starting point, determined to dissolve the use of absolute hierarchies within curatorial studies.
